To make sure your experience is as relaxing and harmonious as possible, we've gathered some practical information for your visit.

We provide everything you need to fully relax: towel, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and glasses are all on site. The only thing you need to bring is swimwear.
We recommend arriving a few minutes before your booked time so you can settle in and enjoy the calm before your treatment begins.
The booked time covers the treatment itself. The time shown on Bokadirekt also includes a few minutes of preparation and finishing (about 10–15 min before and after) so we can take care of the next guest peacefully.
Please contact us in writing by email at info@malmocityspa.se at least 24 hours before your booked time. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be charged. For group bookings, cancellation must be made at least 10 days in advance.
Yes — all our treatments are also available as duo treatments. These are booked by email to info@malmocityspa.se, by phone on 040-30 72 72 or in person.
Yes, we collaborate with several leading portals — including Hälsoresurs, ePassi, Benify, Wellnet, Edenred and Friskvård i Sverige. Just let us know when booking and we'll help you.
